I’ve been planning for a few years now to set up my main site for this here domain kenhester.com with Ruby on Rails and my own home web server. But WordPress has been great for my blog subdomain. Frankly, other people (WordPress) are better web designers than me.
Moreover, the pain of setting up Postgresql from a few years ago lingers hotly on my brain. And I don’t much adore the Ruby language.
So, anyway, I’ll add some pages and blog some more, without any more hesitation. If I find WordPress too limiting, well, back to the drawing board.
